Explanation boardscores:

Boardscore is a model that considers your personal boardvalue in the Norwegian market. 100 points is the maximum boardvalue, 0 is the minimal boardvalue. A high boardvalue (+50p) implies that you have to sit in heavy and responsible boards. Do you have a low or normal boardvalue (10-50p) then you probably sit in the company which is unlisted, typical SMB businesses and with relatively limited financial and legal responsibility scope. The model considers your roles in boards today to arrive at your boardvalue. At the same time we analyze these boardvalues in key areas such as legal factors, fiscal balance, debt responsibility, corporate structure, size concepts, composition, etc.
