Jobbet aktivt gjennom mange år med å samle alle de ulike aktører og for å skape et godt oppvekstmiljø i Sædalen og Nattlandsområdet. Held several internal courses in Aker operating system (SEM). • Involved in implementing of SAP as a planning tool at Aker Aagotnes. • Central in the work of restructuring of economic management towards higher degree of autonomy at the institutes at the University of Bergen. • Project Manager for two (of total four) projects in organizational development affecting whole of the administration and all of the Institutes/Departments at Faculty of Mathematics- and Natural Sciences, University of Bergen. • Developing and Implementing of the Personal Database at Faculty of Mathematics- and Natural Sciences. Used for over 10 years as an important personal and budgeting tool. • Manager and project assistant in several minor projects at the University of Bergen. • Lecturer in management and Motivation (both internal and external the university) • Course Supervisor and Teacher of Economists in Oracle systems at University of Bergen. • Developing and Implementation of the two administrative systems in Logistics and Statistics at Falck Care in Copenhagen.
